A Greener World Processor Application Form

Certified Animal Welfare Approved by AGW is among the world’s leading food labels for animal welfare and pasture-based farming. Consumer Reports has acknowledged Certified Animal Welfare Approved by AGW as the only “highly meaningful” label for farm animal welfare, outdoor access and sustainability. All standards, policies and procedures are publicly available, demonstrating the highest level of transparency and accountability. Participation in AGW’s certification programmes is voluntary.

Processors in the programme will need to be able to demonstrate traceability of Animal Welfare Approved products from purchase through to sale and agree to a minimum of one audit a year from AGW, which may be a remote audit, with the possibility of additional visits if deemed necessary, to confirm compliance with the standards,  Participation in the programme is on an annual basis and must be renewed each year. On receipt of your application we will forward you a Single Ingredient Specification Form (SIPS) for single ingredient products and/ or a Multi Ingredient Specification Form (MIPS) to be completed for each multi ingredient product.
